Running and driving when parked several years ago, but currently not starting. Turns over and sputters with ether, so it appears to be some sort of fuel issue. Brought this to plow snow in my driveway, everything worked when parked, but wehaven't had enough snow and I have other projects pending. Clear NJ title, willneed a battery or jumper cables to diagnos/start/or to turn over engine.Selling "As-Is".
