This throttle quadrant is new and never installed , but it has been in storage for 80 years. It is still in great shape and the cork seals between the controls is in very good condition. And levers move smoothly and the lettering is still good. This part is for the T-28A only, as there is no blower control. I had this part when I owned my aircraft, but my quadrant was in good condition so I never used it....
