Minor scratches here and there, particularly on the floor board tubes from getting moved around but otherwise in great condition with a clear WV title. Scoot is all stock except for the skull which is almost certainly not demonically possessed and most likely completely safe for the next owner to remove. 4100 miles and will increase as I'm riding it daily.
