Up is a nicely renovated Vespa p200e. These were the last of the original style manual scooters from Vespa Piaggio. Scooter starts right up and runs great and is fast, with a powerful 200cc engine, this baby is actually freeway legal! I put in well over $1000 to get this guy running proper. (Mostly transmission and gear work as I recall) I have the invoices.
