Starts easily, idles well, has good power, gears shifts well, fun scooter. I have ridden this scooter all over Laguna Beach with no problems. It was tuned by the local Vespa shop, has new oil, gaskets, spark plug, filter, battery, carburetor cleaned, and the tank and fuel lines were cleaned. Was repainted in the 90's according to previous owner for an ad. Paint is just ok, not great, looks good from a few feet. It has scratches and a few chips and imperfections here and there. - needs a new horn...
