The Catalina Expo 12.5 is a safe, exciting and fun cat rigged (1 sail) sailboat for the new or experienced sailor. It is very easy to rig and put away. Coming about is easy because the Hoyt boom system is higher than any other boat its size. Reefing is simple and it is unsinkable because of its flotation and it is easy to trailer (130 lb) by any vehicle that has a hitch. This boat is rare for its age because of its excellent condition. It looks like a new boat and never has sustained any damage....
