Vehicle Details I bought this pristine 1997 BMW 840Ci from a collector who owned it for 10 years and who also bought it from another collector. The car has been stored in a climate-controlled environment for virtually its entire life. (I keep it garaged as well.) It is a low mileage, low volume, last year example of the E31 BMW series with the 5 speed Automatic Steptronic transmission which was unavailable in prior years. Everything works as it should.
