Vehicle Details Here is a very rare half ton pick up for restoration. This is a 1973 1/2 ton GMC, first year of the square body model. A mid year production change they decided to install the 454 in the half ton pick up. Manufacture date on this one is 7/1973. It is an all numbers matching unit and the 454 installed at the factory with a 3 speed turbo 400 automatic to back it up. In my research there were only 4 to 500 of these produced in 1973.
