1982 fishing boat with 30HP (1984) Evinrude engine. The engine is still strong but needs a starter. We had the boat on the water fishing last summer. When I went to start it a few days ago I realized the starter has gone out. The engine does have the ability to pull start as well. There is a video showing the starter not engaging upon request.
