He says the circuit board on the fireplace is burnt out and that it would cost more to replace the circuit board than to buy an entire new insert. I have never used the fireplace. I am informed a new insert is between $150-350. Because of this I’m dropping the price to $49K. There is also normal wear and tear associated with use. PM me for video. Thanks!
