With work this can be a darn nice mini yacht. This boat has a solid hull and decks. No leaks, clean overheads. Newer windless, anchor, and chain road lead. Wood trim needs lots of elbow attention. Cushions are firm and coverings are in great shape; they need wiping down. Throw rug needs replacing. Hull needs cleaning and polishing inside and out.
