Great family boat. Just needs some TLC. Used for 15 years, but now don't get it out. Got it to dock two years ago, only used it once. Didn't get it out last year. See photos for images of items below.1) Mice got to deck seats. Will need complete re-surface.2) Cabin window frame will not seal. Photo shows water stains from the window.
